The Blue Light Effects on Your Smartphone

Do you know there are some effects which you can get when you look at to your smartphone screen quite long at night? As well as the Wifi connection's effects, the blue light in our smartphone will give us bad effects to our brain and body. What I know from an article, when at night, our brain gets confused by the light, as it mimics the brightness of the sun. This causes the brain to stop producing melatonin, a hormone that gives your body the 'time to sleep' cues.
Because of this, smartphone light can disrupt our sleep cycle, making it harder to fall and stay asleep, and potentially causing health problems along the way.
So this is how it works in our brain and body:

So there are some effects which will affect our body and brain. Actually, that is make me worrying much now. Because I usually did that right before I sleep. I think I need to change the habit immediately.
I have a good friend of mine. He is an IT consultant in one of big technology company in the world. He ever told to me about the bad effects of Wifi connection. And since then, he always kindly reminding me to turn on the Airplane Mode on my phone to reduce the Wifi signal, everytimes I am about to sleep. Because he said, there are many bad impacts because of the Wifi signal for our brain and also body.
